Ever wonder how Investors earn 6%+ on Real Estate with No Landlord Responsiblities?

I’m going to share with you what some of the wealthiest real estate investors know that many don’t. Many would like to buy investment real esate, but don’t want the responsability of being a landlord.  I know too many people who decided to buy a two, three or four family investment property, only to be dismayed by the demand placed on them as a landlord. All this while the property appreciates over time.  You won’t make that kind of return on investment keeping you money in the bank and its safer than investing it in the stock market.
