Patriots the war is on when it come to health care. More than 30
states now are pressing constitutional amendments to exempt
themselves from the requirement to purchase Obamacare. There are
also about 19 states that are using the language from the
Freedom of Choice in Health Care Act to get themselves out from
under this bill. Plus we have attorney generals in many states
that are getting ready to fight this on it even being
constitutional in the first place to mandate you into buying
healthcare. This is a big problem in the house right now and
they are back today to see if they can over come this problem
and push it through. There is a good chance this can be stopped
here. Rumors have that DeFazo and Chao who voted for it the
first time around will be voting NO this time. This is a beacon
of light making you wonder how many more are on the fence. This
past week Obama spoke with many dems and told them to get over
their anxiety and opposition to his bill and do the right thing
but I do not believe it is working for him. So I am asking you
once again to please make calls to leaning reps today and tell
them we do not want this bill.
Taking points
1. This bill is filled with trillions of dollars in new taxes
and rationing of medical services
2. WE oppose the employer and individual mandates that are in
this bill, they should be the decisions of the states not the
federal government
3. Don't stop the private sector from selling health insurance
and putting millions of people out of jobs, just give us the
right to buy it across state lines.
