Application and appraisal fees
are refunded to the borrower at the time of loan funding. If the
loan does not close, the application and appraisal fees are non
refundable.
North Atlantic Mortgage will
refund up to $300 for the cost of the appraisal when the loan
funds. The borrower is responsible for appraisal fees in excess
of $300.00.
The above noted closing fees are based on a specific lender and
program for minimum loan amounts of $350,000. Different lenders
and programs may incur slightly higher fees.
