The APR for the 30 year conforming mortgage is calculated using a maximum loan amount of $417,000 amortized over 30 years for a maximum loan to value of 80% and a minimum credit score of 720 with No points.

The APR for the 10/1 Arm is calculated using a maximum loan amount of $1,000,000 amotized over 30 years for a maximum loan to value of 80% and a minimum credit score of 720 with No points. The Index used is the Monthly Average Yield of U.S. Treasuries adjusted to a constant maturity of one year with a margin of 2.75% and caps of 5/2/5.
